• Where are you located? Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

• How much are your puppies? $3500-$6000 for most. $2500 AND UP. Price depends on the individual puppy basen on the quality/ pedigree. 

• Do you have a wait list?  Yes, we only accept proven serious inquiries with a $500 non refundable deposit. if you are on the waiting list you will have the first right to pick up a puppy or kitten. 

• Do you have any tiny 2 pound puppies available?  I do not breed for size and most of my puppies end up 3-6 pounds like my adults ( AKC show standard size ). I do not guarantee size.

• Can you contact me when you have a puppy available?  I receive many messages daily. I have another job.  I will keep my website updated but cannot contact everyone individually.

• Do you sell your puppies with AKC papers? I sell most as pets without papers, however, I have made some exceptions to breeders with small programs looking to better the breed. PAPERS must be discussed prior to placing the holding fee or no papers will be provided.

• Can you call me?  If you are serious and you know which puppy you want to purchase , you have to call me for a phone interview.  

• Do you have any Teacups?  Please google "The Myth of the Teacup Chihuahua" . Our well-bred chihuahuas are from 3 lb to 6 lb size range when adult weight.  

• Do you offer a stud service for your males? Only to approved bitches. 

• Do puppies vet checked and have vaccinations dewormed before they go home? Do you guarantee the health of your puppies?  YES & YES

• Can I come visit Eva’s Chihuahua ?  I am sorry I do not allow visitors for my family's safety and the health and safety of my puppies. We are not a pet store, we are A private home. 

• ​Do you have any retired adults available?  Occasionally I do have retired adults available.  If so I will have them listed on my available page, if you do not see one listed I do not have one available. 

• ​Do you offer a payment plan or financing?  Yes, Short term payment plan can be considered. 

• Where do your dogs and cats live? They all live in our house with our families, we are not a bid time kennel breeder, this is our hobby and joy of life.

• What about the delivery or pick up? How much? We can meet you at Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport, if you come to pick up, or we have a nanny  drive or flight to you at your cost ( the cost will be up to around $800 to $1500 depending where you are and the cost of the flight ticket.
